Project summary: After successfully completing two tests of the innovative concept, Titan-Sisak last completed the development of two innovative technologies, which it has tested in contracts with business partners. As the construction of the new production hall begins, through the implementation of the project, the intent is to equip it with production and measuring equipment that will provide conditions for the application of these innovative technologies. In addition to the procurement of new equipment, the organization of business will be improved, employees will be educated for the application of technologies, and production and commercial documentation will be prepared. The investment will improve the company's competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets, for a company whose services are aligned with the S3 Strategy. The target users are the company's management, employees, and business partners.

The integration of optimized business processes through the implemented ICT solutions will improve the company's competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets, contribute to sales growth and new hiring.

Project summary: The project “Implementation of technology of plasma superalloys application on metal surfaces” will enable the establishment of a new business unit, which will contribute to the growth of employees, sales growth in domestic and foreign markets, and improving technological equipment and competitiveness. It will be carried out by procuring new production equipment, administration equipment, certifying the PTA metallization procedure and educating employees to apply new techniques. It is aimed at improving the position of the company's management, employees, regular customersand business partners, and improving environmental protection measures and employees.
